We have had the opportunity to renovate homes and flats in a variety of places around the world. The conclusion has unfortunately been the same in each location, which is that it was impossible to recommend any of the companies to anyone else. For the first time I am taking the time to write a review because we seldom write about things that work well.  We feel it important to do the promotion of someone or a company when things have gone exceptionally well. Over the summer of 2022 we renovated our garden of our semi-detached home. The garden is rather large, and we were also going to integrate an office and shed at the back. We also decided to redo the front entrance garden as well on this occasion. The initial phase of consulting architects and landscapers proved far more complicated than we had anticipated. There was little listening, and extremes of either just having a railroad garden or grandiose plans of an outdoor kitchen, which in Leicestershire  would not get a great amount of use. B & B Property Services was far more engaging in the vision that we had, bringing a number of solutions and ideas to the project. They took the time to understand and make a variety of proposals on design and materials. Once we had worked out the budget, the team at B & B Property Services set to get to work immediately. We were impressed by their efficiency and consciousness approach. They protected elements in our house, as they needed to go through it, ensured their spaces were clean after the days work and had a veritable pride in each of the sections they were installing / building, as well as their attention to detail. The team that B & B Property Services have, in every field, is of top quality. The final project surpassed our expectations. We were astonished on the last day to see a cleaning team arrive, free of charge, to clean the dust etc from our home. Andrew Beighton, founder of B & B Property Services was impressive. He ensured that the project moved forward, intervened whenever was necessary, and also participated in the work. The experience was a pleasure, and I have no issue in highly recommending B & B Property Services for renovation or building work.

Excellent communication, great price , started the job when agreed. Andy and his team completed the job in my shell conservatory which included under floor heating , wiring connecting power to conservatory ,light fitting  ,insulation and dry wall plus painting ,flooring and skirting .
