Guttering needed replacing and a little repointing work needed, even though this was a small job Andy was able to fit us in without a long wait and Dave completed the work and all now looks smart with no waste left behind.

Andy is Knowledgeable with his trade. He follows up with a clear written quote, his pricing is clear and he is easy to reach and very responsive. He’s not the cheapest but he gets the job done. Especially important at a time when most good builders are booked 6 months and only interested in big projects. His yell reviews give reassurance he’ll get the job done competently. Andy even noticed poor standards to our bi-fold brickwork from the previous builder, Blackwood Construction. Andy asked to speak with our inspector & structural surveyor before remedial works commenced. I like his responsiveness, he communicates clearly, sticks to his word, and he follows-up to check the works are completed to proper standards by his appointed tradesmen. Crucial quality assurance when all your team are sub-contracted as needed. His bricklayer Tom did a superb, neat job. I’ll definitely keep Andy’s number as a trusted local builder.

Internal walls removal. Unsure which was better, the building work or the customer service provided. Andy and his team were fantastic throughout. Always keeping me in the loop with the progress so I knew first hand what each next stage involved. Will definitely be using Andy and his team again in the future.

Although just a small repair job to our chimneys (capping and rendering). It soon became a challenge due to access around our property. But no challenge is too small or big for Andy and his team of specialists. Andy organised a scaffolding company (All Access Scaffolding) who were amazing, friendly and professional, and reasonably priced (thanks Dan, Jack and Luke). We then had Harry and Daniel (father and son team), rendering and plastering specialists. I can not speak highly enough about these gentlemen. They arrived on time everyday, worked incredibly hard to transform and make safe our two ageing chimneys, they even repositioned (with a new bracket) our Tv aerial at no additional charge. As I said, true gents! Thank you all at B & B, looking forward to having you back on other projects.
