In the summer of 2025, B&B Property Services will commence a comprehensive project to address the aftermath of a fire at DS Properties' commercial units. This extensive project will involve the removal and replacement of all fire, smoke, and water-damaged items, ensuring the integrity and safety of the affected spaces.
Scope of Work:
Strip Out: Complete removal of all fire, smoke, and water-damaged components, including but not limited to structural elements, furnishings, and fixtures.
Reinstatement: Installation of new mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring all infrastructure meets current standards and specifications.
Decoration: Comprehensive redecoration to restore the aesthetic quality of the commercial units.
Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), overseeing all aspects from design to final inspection.
