B&B was appointed by Concorde BGW to deliver the conversion of an existing outbuilding at The Bulls Head in Barston, Solihull, into a fully operational restaurant space. As a Grade II listed property, the project will require sensitive handling of heritage elements alongside modern construction standards.

Scope of Works

  • Structural adaptation of the outbuilding to accommodate restaurant layout and services
  • Installation of mechanical and electrical systems, coordinated with specialist subcontractors
  • Internal fit-out including flooring, wall finishes, joinery, and decorative works
  • External works as required, including access improvements and façade preservation
  • Integration of fire safety, ventilation, and drainage systems in line with building regulations
  • Coordination of listed building consent requirements and conservation officer liaison

The objective is to deliver a high-quality restaurant conversion that enhances the operational capacity of The Bulls Head while preserving its architectural significance. Works will be completed in line with Concorde BGW’s specification, programme, and statutory requirements.
