Absolutely. Commercial work is a core part of our business. We support pubs, hospitality venues, offices, retail units, health care, industrial sites, and heritage buildings with both one‑off projects and ongoing maintenance contracts. 
Yes. We have experience working on heritage and conservation environments, following strict compliance, sensitivity, and method‑statement requirements.

Yes. We support clients with urgent repairs and reactive maintenance, subject to availability. For commercial clients, we can also arrange priority response agreements.

Yes. We coordinate all trades in‑house or through trusted partners, ensuring a seamless, well‑managed project from start to finish. This includes joinery, electrical, plumbing, plastering, roofing, groundworks, and more.

Yes. While commercial work is a major focus, we also support homeowners with extensions, refurbishments, structural works, and general property improvements.
Yes. We can assist with drawings, planning applications, building control liaison, and compliance documentation. Statutory fees (e.g., building control, water authority) are excluded unless stated.

We operate across Leicester, Leicestershire, and the wider Midlands, supporting both local businesses and national clients with multi‑site portfolios.

Yes. Our team holds the relevant trade qualifications, industry certifications, and safety training (including but not limited to NVQs, SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness). We maintain full public liability and employer’s liability insurance, indemnity and contractor all risk policies.

We follow strict quality‑control processes, modern construction standards, and clear communication throughout. Our reputation is built on reliability, workmanship, and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with flexibility for commercial or out‑of‑hours work when required.

Yes. We provide free, no‑obligation quotations, including site visits where required. All quotes include clear pricing, timeframes, and statutory exclusions.

Start dates depend on project size, material lead times, and current workload. We always aim to mobilise quickly and communicate realistic timelines from the outset.
Payment terms vary depending on project size and client type. Larger projects typically follow staged payments. All terms are clearly outlined before work begins.
